Sandton. 5 * boutique hotel with 3 X 5* fine dining F&B outlets, including an award winning restaurant, with several function rooms and beautiful wedding facilities is looking for a strong all round chef de partie who has a 5* background in a hotel with a fine dining restaurant, or in a well known a la carte restaurant.
- You must be a fully qualified professional chef with a minimum of 3-4 years fine dining experience
- You should be able to cope with working with a commis, some students and in a team. You must be able to work shifts.
