Job description:

  • You will run and more importantly grow the F&B department of this 5* lodge
  • Its banqueting capacity has recently been increased and the person will be fully responsible for growing this business as well as ensuring a 5* quality F&B experience for the Lodge guests .
  • You need to be able to improve standards and maintain them
  • You may be expected to deputize for GM from time to time
  • You should have marketing skills , ability to plan and fulfill budgets and you should have good staff management motivational ability

Skills required:

  • Hotel school degree or Diploma .8-10 years experience in 5* establishments .
  • You should be able to run the department profitably without supervision .
  • You must be able to add value and improve service levels as owners have spent a lot of money on the unit.
  • Kindly note salary is negotiable for the right candidate
