- Based at Lanseria airport. you will be required to manage the kitchen.
- Work on the pass to ensure food quality and speed.
- You must be able to work with the manager to control ordering and stock rotation.
- Your main aim is to get food out in this 800 seater BUSY BUSY restaurant.
- YOU WILL MANAGE THE PASS for quality, speed etc.
- quite big menu, operates for Breakfast from 6am !! to end of dinner about 10h00 pm.
- You will work shifts but must manage ( discipline, train etc the staff on all other shifts. strong personality,
- GUESTS WANT GOOD FOOD FAST.
- Qualified chef. experience in high volume
- MUST be able to handle the pressure.
- This restaurant is busy from the second it opens.
- Strong staff management skills
- You must have your own transport because public transport is difficult for the shifts
