- This company has various outlets .
- They are a well known restaurant group who have been awarded contracts with in corporate head offices too.
- They are all “risk” units and your main aim will be to run a profitable kitchen .
- You will be fully responsible for the unit you are selected for : ie costing , ordering,maintaining standards for the Head office designed menus .
- You need to be able to manage a team of staff and make sure kitchen is kept to high hygiene standards.
- You MUST be a hands on chef who can handle the pass . you will report directly to a Head Office Ops mgr
- Professional chef with at least 5 years experience ..
- Must be able to manage stock and controls fully
- Must have amanged staff including rosters and payroll.
- Must make a profit in the risk contract by being innovative..
- URGENT POSITION needs someone to start 1 oct or asap
