Limpopo – Upmarket lodge operation seeks suitably experienced Operations Manager to co-ordinate a range of departments and satellite operations. Duties include:- Overall management and co-ordination of Departmental HOD’s for numerous camps; Staff management, development and training; Collating of Financial reporting for each camp as per HOD; Supervision of Service levels, ensuring oingoing training needs are identified and implemented; Supervision of stock management and related controls and administration.
What you need to apply for this position:
Grade 12; Formal qualification in Hospitality/ Tourism Management with a minimum of 5-6 years previous Management experience of the luxury lodge sector. Must be computer literate on MS Office suite, Opera, Micros (or similar) Experience on Accounting Software HIGHLY BENEFICIAL. Sound Financial acumen required.
