Job description:

  • This 5* Luxury lodge requires the services of a passionate Sous chef who will join a team who all interact with customers on a  daily basis .
  • They serve a breakfast that is both buffet and a la carte .
  • A terrace luncheon which is very light meals and then a fine dining a la carte menu at night .
  • You will run shifts , assist the Head chef with stock control and be very involved in menu design

Skills required:

  • 5* a la carte experience essential
  • Professional cookery Diploma with at least 5 years post graduate experience .
  • You should love working directly with customers .
  • Position is live in full board .
  • AA candidates only
