Job description:

  • Busy members club is looking for a Sous chef
  • You will  mainly be responsible for the a la carte restaurant .
  • You will run a  shift , ensuring that the service of all food is up to a good quality and that staff keep the flow of service moving .

Skills required:

  • Professional cookery Diploma with at least 9 years experience in a busy kitchen with an a la carte restaurant.
  • You should have worked on the a la carte section for at least 2 years .
  • You should have good plating skills and be able to motivate the staff to plate well too  send cv and food portfolio ..
