- This company has various outlets .
- They are a well known restaurant group who have been awarded contracts with in corporate head offices too.
- They seek a variety of sous chefs.
- You will be fully responsible for the unit you are selected for : ie costing , ordering,maintaining standards for the Head office designed menus .
- You need to be able to manage a team of staff and make sure kitchen is kept to high hygiene standards.
- You MUST be a hands on chef who can handle the pass .
- Some of you will report directly to a Head Office Ops mgr and some will report to an Executive chef
- Professional chefs Diploma ..
- A minimum of 5 years experience with at least 2 in a sous chef role .
- You must be strong in a la carte .
- These restaurants are busy and you need to be able to handle pressure well .
- You must keep an organised well run kitchen.
